The process is hassle free. Just send us the vendor's details so we can arrange an appointment. You will be sent a link to the tour, usually within 24 hours from our visit.
After years of working with estate agents, we understand that spending out on extra marketing is a risk. That's why we have a shared risk pricing model for Essex estate agents within 20 miles radius of Southend-on-Sea.
The pricing plan consists of a small initial scan price and a completion payment that is due, only if you complete the sale. Please contact us for details.
We build bespoke websites for estate agents and lettings agents. Our websites are designed to prominently showcase our 3D tours in the listings, when available.
Our sites also have advanced listing features such as nearby railway stations, schools and automatically generated EPC charts.
Properties are added either via the admin panel or can be automatically imported (depending upon the estate agency software that you use).
If you have an existing website that you are happy with, we can use your current design and just add our property listings to your pages.
We have our own dedicated portal upload system for Rightmove. This means that, if you have one of our custom built websites, you can add and edit properties using our website control panel.
Once added, the properties will be automatically uploaded to your Rightmove account. Automatic portal uploads are scheduled to send changes 4 times a day.
