Does my tour last online forever?
The 3D virtual tours include 1 years free hosting. Extended hosting is available at a cost of £30 per additional year. Google Street View tours are hosted free by Google and there is no ongoing cost.
Can I save my tour as a keep sake?
For a small additional fee, clients can opt to keep a private version of their tour on their ipad or tablet. Please note that, if your online hosting expires and you choose not to renew it, the model is deleted from our servers.
This means that if you lose or break the device containing your offline version, you will not be able download it again.
How can I view one of your tours in VR?
Stream through WebVR
- Chrome web browser, version 58 or higher. Type chrome://version in search bar to see your version.
- Android 5.0 Lollipop or newer. Find your current Android version.
- Android 5.0 and 6.0 require Google VR Services from the Play Store. Not necessary for Android 7.0 or higher.
- Support for WebVR on iOS coming soon.
How can I get a free residential virtual tour?
Some of the estate agents that we work with offer a free virtual tour as part of their marketing strategy. Please contact us if you want to get in touch with one of these agents.
Do you only cover the Essex area?
Although our work is based primarily in Essex, we are always happy to travel for special projects. Please contact us to request a quote.
How can I get the best results from my virtual tour?
Our tours are very high resolution so we advise clients to present their property or business to a high standard prior to filming. We have compiled a short
previsit guide that covers the main points you may wish to consider.
If I switch estate agents can I move my virtual tour?
If a home owner buys direct from us, we will move your tour free of charge if you decide to swap agents. If your tour is provided by an agent, then the tour is locked to that agent.
How easy is it to add to my company website?
It is easy to add your tour to websites. The tour is provided as a simple line of embed code that can be copied and pasted into your web page. Some DIY website builders such as Wix may need to open the link in a blank page.
Do your tours work with Wordpress?
Yes they do. You will need to install a free plugin and then add a short line of code to embed the tour. Please let us know if you require further instructions.
